Anonymization profile

Preset rule sets: Basic, HIPAA, Description, or Custom.

Each profile is a curated set of rules:

• Basic — clears the obvious identifiers (Patient*, study UIDs replaced).
• HIPAA Safe Harbor — covers all 18 HIPAA identifiers including dates > year-only, ages > 89 → 90+, geographic granularity.
• Description — also scrubs free-text fields (StudyDescription, SeriesDescription) using heuristics.
• Custom — starts blank; you build up rules in the tree.
