Compare files

Diff the tag sets of any two loaded instances.

Pick instance A and B from the loaded study; the table shows every tag that differs — present only in A (removed), only in B (added), or with a changed value (modified).

Tip Load multiple files or a folder first. Comparison is read-only and never alters either instance.
