Detect burned-in text

OCR the rendered frame and propose redaction boxes over found text.

Runs optical character recognition over the current viewport image and adds a redaction region around each line of text it finds. Use it to catch PHI burned into the pixels of ultrasound, fluoro, and screen-capture images.

Tip Detected boxes appear in the redaction list like hand-drawn ones — review and delete any false positives before export. OCR is a proposal, not a guarantee.
