Browser: available nowmacOS app: 1.4.0 or newer
Turn an ultrasound loop, an angiography run or a CT stack into a clip for slides or a message.
Steps
- Open a multi-frame series or a stack (⌘O) and set the window/level you want in the clip.
- Choose Export → Export Video…. The dialog shows the frame count, the frame size and the stored frame rate.
- Pick MP4 (H.264), MP4 (AV1) where offered, or Animated GIF, and the frame rate. Tick Include annotations to draw your measurements onto the clip.
- Select Export. See Export video.
Result
A clip with every frame of the series in order, at native size, windowed as on screen. In anonymize mode, the pixel redactions are blacked out in every frame.
Limits
- GIF is limited to 300 frames and 1024 pixels on the long edge.
- MP4 needs a WebCodecs video encoder. Without one, only GIF is offered and the dialog says why.
- Zoom and pan are not applied. Segmentations and structure sets are not drawn. Measurements and arrows are drawn only when Include annotations is ticked, each on the frame it was drawn on.
- 3D MPR and the volume render are not exported as video.
