Click a point to read its pixel index and pixel value.

Click a point on the image. The text next to the point shows the pixel index as (column, row, slice) and the pixel value there, followed by the unit when the image has one (HU on CT). Each click adds another reading, so you can compare points side by side.

The value comes from the file’s pixel data, converted with the image’s rescale slope and intercept when it has them. It is not the grey level you see on screen, so it does not change when you change window/level.
