Batch label injection modal

Apply a tag template across instances or a series in one action.

Build a list of tags (or load a saved JSON template), pick a target (all instances or one series), then inject. Private (odd-group) tags also get a Private Creator element so the block stays conformant.

Tip Existing tags are never overwritten — an instance that already has a tag is skipped for that tag.
