Export diff

Review every metadata modification and write the result to disk.

Opens the diff modal. Each pending change (added, edited, deleted tag, redacted region) is listed against its original. Confirming writes a new DICOM file — the source file is never overwritten.

Caution The export button is disabled until at least one change is pending. The dirty counter in the right side of the TopBar shows the count.
