RT / SEG tab

Inspect and lightly edit RTSTRUCT ROIs or SEG segments.

For RTSTRUCT objects, lists each Structure Set ROI with its number, display colour, contour count, and interpreted type. For SEG objects, lists each segment with its number, label, and algorithm type.

Tip Click a name/label to rename it (undoable tag edit). For RTSTRUCT, click the colour swatch to recolour an ROI, or ✕ to delete an ROI and its contours — these rewrite a derived copy of the file. Caution RTSTRUCT recolour/delete re-serialise the dataset structurally and replace the loaded instance. SEG supports rename only (segment deletion also needs pixel-frame removal — a later round). Viewport overlay rendering of contours / segmentation masks is not yet supported.
