Conformance check: required Type 1/2 tags for the file’s IOD.

Resolves the file’s Information Object Definition from its SOP Class UID, then flags any Type 1 (required, non-empty) or Type 2 (required, may be empty) tag that is missing or empty. Conditional (Type 1C/2C) tags are listed for reference since their condition can’t be evaluated from metadata alone.

Tip The check re-runs live as you edit, so fixing a flagged tag clears it immediately.
